Go to college or university for VO?

I need a HE diploma to start a tractor, and now there is an opportunity to get it at the same Ukrainian college where I received a junior specialist diploma. Specialty - "Computer Engineering", I will start the tractor according to vacancies in the field of game development. Is it worth getting a HE diploma (bachelor's degree) at a college? Or is it still worth going to university (but then the education is 1 year longer, it is more difficult to enter and pay more)?
