As for the internship - I strongly doubt something, but in some kind of "programmer school" (this suits many people) - quite.
After school without experience and higher education, it is extremely difficult to find a job, especially considering that the age is still under 18. It is usually better to ask friends/relatives who work in this field to take you on an internship. Getting into the company "from the street" is very, very difficult (but, I note, not impossible).
In any case, if there is a desire - do it, try it.
To teach - learn to solve real problems, theory is not interesting for business, business needs solved problems.
If you are not yet 18 and have acquaintances who work in a similar type of office - ask if they can take on the juvenile quota - although it is usually lowered for the summer.
(Who doesn’t know - for the summer, a minor quota is lowered into each office - in my opinion, 1 place per 50 employees and her, this quota must be met, otherwise ay-yai-yai from the administration. They usually do it at the expense of the children of employees :) )
If more - ask about practice - I don’t know how it is in schools, but people from technical schools regularly come to us for practice, some stay to work later, one person worked for us for five years.
