Can a person after graduation get an internship in it, provided that they know python at the level of solving all problems in the Unified State Exam in computer science? What to study to increase the chances of employment?

As for the internship - I strongly doubt something, but in some kind of "programmer school" (this suits many people) - quite.

After school without experience and higher education, it is extremely difficult to find a job, especially considering that the age is still under 18. It is usually better to ask friends/relatives who work in this field to take you on an internship. Getting into the company "from the street" is very, very difficult (but, I note, not impossible).
In any case, if there is a desire - do it, try it.
To teach - learn to solve real problems, theory is not interesting for business, business needs solved problems.

If you are not yet 18 and have acquaintances who work in a similar type of office - ask if they can take on the juvenile quota - although it is usually lowered for the summer.
