I want to organize my desktop using gnome-panel using https://losst.ru/dobavlenie-yarlyka-v-ubuntu

Installed gnome-panel

$ sudo apt install --no-install-recommends gnome-panel

I call gnome-panel

$ gnome-panel

I get an error

Failed to acquire bus name!
