gmail interface on your domain

I attached gmail to my domain, the only question remained.

I go to my mail.domain.ru subdomain, enter my login and password, and then they transfer me to mail.google.com/a/domain.ru/#inbox Is it possible to configure everything so that everything works without this change in the URL, supposedly everything fully spin on my domain?
Thanks in advance

What for? Do you want your employees to pass off Google Apps as your development?

Just make a CNAME for mail.yourdomain.com to ghs.google.com.

And if you use a separate module for the web client for the site? It seems to be on Drupal and Joomla, there are even separate options - it works quite well.
