How to filter messages by the presence of images in the subject field?

Lately, spammers have become fashionable to insert pictures into the "subject" of the email. Nothing but SPAM with such a "subject" never came to me. It would be desirable to adjust the filter on their permanent removal. Any thoughts how?

I thought the same :) . It looks like this is a feature of Google, and only spammers use it. It looks like this:
They are recognized by the browser as pictures, and can be opened separately: https://mail.google.com/mail/e/52E

Pictures? The subject field is just a string, you can't insert an image into it. Show a screenshot of the email.
