GLTF models are not displayed, what are the options?

I need to display on the site, format models, fbx, obj, gltf in 3d.
The models that I download from sketchab work well in gltf format, but those that we convert from .max via 3dmax to gltf format via the plugin are not displayed, maybe someone had a similar problem and found a solution? -> please write in the comments.
