Glowing hole on MacBook Pro Retina screen - what is it?

A luminous dot appeared on the screen of the MacBook Pro Retina 13 "laptop today. It glows very strongly on a white background, glows medium on a gray background, and just goes out on a dark background. The size is much larger than one retina pixel.
What is it all about? How to deal with it ?

Defective pixels. Usually they go in a bunch, not one at a time.
