Hello habrasociety. Recently, such an unpleasant glitch began to appear on a home computer:

This most often happens in the browser (opera), sometimes it happens in other programs (including this can happen just with the taskbar). I tried to experimentally find out what gives such an effect - from the assumptions only flash in the browser, but how it can affect the taskbar and other programs is a mystery to me. The system is win7 64x, the drivers are fresh. Who can advise what?

Most likely a problem with the video card driver.
Put a little lower or higher version.

I had a problem, it seems, I also asked on Habré . Through experiments, I found out that the glitch was due to the incompatibility of flash and the new video driver, so sometimes there were interface lags (similar to yours) and the monitor was often cut off. I rolled back the driver - everything was ok.
