Git bash terminal - does it make sense to use?

Such a question from a newbie: I have a terminal in VScode, which, in theory, completely carries all the functionality of the git terminal (scm application that is downloaded to the PC).
1) Does it make sense to write through git bash at all? Any benefits?
2) Or is it more productive and without prejudice to the functionality, is it better to always write a git command in the vscode terminal?

if you are satisfied with the built-in terminal, then there is no point in using a third-party one.
The good thing about a third party is that it can be used for more than just git.
