How to clone a project from a remote repository via http?

Good afternoon!
You need to clone the project on Bitrix, the size is about 160 mb.
I am getting an error when cloning a project from a repository. Everything was fine before, now an error occurs halfway through, I also tried to upload another project on Bitrix. And then another one on UMI, and everything was fine with the last one.
I also tried to download the project through the web interface in the archive, but it only downloads half. As I understand it, my problem lies not in the git itself?
Here's what it gives out when cloning:
fatal: early EOF
fatal: The remote end hung up unexpectedly
fatal: index-pack failed
error: RPC failed; result=18, HTTP code=200

In general, the problem was solved after rebooting the router, I did not go into details.

Perhaps the problem is that the size of the repository exceeds the amount of memory allocated to git on the server. Standard like 128MB
