Gigabyte X470 AORUS Ultra Gaming+Ryzen 7 3700X OEM+Crucial Ballistix Sport, is it ok?

Hello. I am assembling a PC to replace the i7 3930k (the MP burned out, the CPU power phase was broken)
After reading the Internet, I eventually assembled it in the configurator in the guard:
Gigabyte X470 AORUS Ultra Gaming
Ryzen 7 3700X OEM
DDR4 3200MHz Crucial Ballistix Sport LT White (BLS2K8G4D32AESCK) (2x8Gb KIT)
From requirements for MP obligatory ability to add a 2nd video card (not for working out graphics) and additional. peripherals (network card / other controllers) or at least work in x16 (3.0) + x8 (2.0) mode.
The question is the reasonableness of budgeting a new assembly in terms of price / performance ratio + a small reserve for the future within the framework of or not lower than the configuration I have presented.
Thanks in advance!

Percent is possible without X, but if you need a guarantee of the declared performance, then you should overpay.
Memory is good. Chases, low timings at an adequate price.
According to MP, I personally prefer Asus. Why:
AMD develops chipsets with their support. Asus is the first to receive developments. They have an adequate bios, and, in my opinion, good quality. There is still interest in MSI, there are worthy copies. At gigabytes, I just don’t really like the bios. If the overclocker forums are praised, then you can consider it.
