We need the exchange rate from the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. A couple of requests a day, maybe even one. It will be necessary for 5 major currencies. Or at worst, even just a dollar.
Does the Central Bank of the Russian Federation have some kind of API? How reliable and convenient is it? Someone used? Is access open?
