How to parse with Virustotal virus analysis automatically?

Greetings.

How to implement it? Do you need to manually fill in these cells with each antivirus, or can you somehow automatically extract the MD5 hash from files on the server, as in the MD5 example: cf9d7d0648ff932011b893f2bfb3b1a6 and automatically somehow extract information from the Virustotal service using this SHA256?
