Is there a normal Vk API for Dart?

I tried davicha dart, became interested and now I want to write something more or less interesting on it and Flutter. But this is not about that, but more about the naked dart and API VK. I did not find any working libraries for the latest version of Dart under the VK API, so two natural questions arose:
1) Is there one (a working library with the VK API under Dart)?
2) Where can I find a normal guide for working with http, and ideally also VK? At least one or two examples, just get involved.
