Geolocation issues on iOS7 Beta1?

After installing iOS7 on iPhone4 and iPhone5, I found that it does not determine the exact location.
The system installations were made by updating and restoring, the result did not change.
Tell me, how does it work for anyone?

In the first release of the iOS beta, GPS geolocation is disabled on the iPhone 4.
It should work on the iPhone 4S and 5.
Proof on developer.apple.com, but it's lying now.
