How to distribute wi-fi from iphone to computer by wire?

It is required to distribute wi-fi from iphone to computer (Windows). When you turn on the modem mode on the iphone, it switches to the mobile Internet, which is not required. I understand that by default there is no such option in the iphone, but maybe there are some applications or solutions for such cases?
Decisions like "it's easier to buy an adapter" please do not offer.

The iPhone can't do that. Modem mode works only via mobile Internet. It's actually easier to buy a wifi whistle.
Well, or connect the PC to the router with a cable.
