This is the kind of nonsense that needs to be done in hostCMS, as on the screen, only done on another site .. When sending a feedback form from the site, it is necessary to duplicate it in information systems. I don’t understand how to generate information system records.
In general, something hard hostCMS is given to me .. Either I am like that or the documentation is really not very clear, what is where, how and why is difficult to understand.

So everything is simple there. When submitting the form, intercept what you need in the tds and write it down where you need it. And one more thing: Do not use hostcms forms, write them by hand in templates. This makes it easier and more flexible.

You can do this with the help of the question-answer functionality - the "Ask a question" form will be displayed. Tweak it a little, and do not display questions asked through it on the site.
On the other hand, all completed forms, modules - forms, are stored on the server in the database, and any conclusion can already be drawn from it.
