Is it possible to buy privileges and automatically issue them on the server in Counter Strike 1.6, on the site?

I tried to google but I can't find the right one, Toaster help.
There is a server in Counter Strike 1.6, and there is a website.
How can I make it possible to buy privileges from the site and they are automatically issued on the server?

Well, look, we have a website and a server.
What server is running? Is there some kind of bdshka and so on?
How are the players connected?
You can interact with another server or database from the site (php/nodejs), in which the statuses and privileges of the players are written.
