Generating certificates in OpenVPN and time zone?

There is an OpenVPN server and a client. A tunnel is set up between them, everything works stably.
There was a need to connect one more client to the server.
After installing the client, a tunnel was created, which turned off after a couple of seconds.
In logs: error=certificate is not yet valid. That is, the validity period of the certificates has not yet begun.
As it turned out, the server has a time of 15:30 GMT, and the client has 10:30 EST.
It is necessary either for the client to wait 5 hours, or to change the time at the client. But both options are not suitable.
Is it possible to set the start time of the certificate (Not Before)? Or how to get around this error?
