Can't connect to server using Tunnelblick OpenVPN on Mac OS?

Connected to vpn via Tunnelblick. I see two problems in the logs:

1. The dns server address 192.168.1.1 is not a public IP address, and therefore will not be routed through the VPN tunnel
2. The external public IP address of this computer has not changed after connecting

As a result, the vpn seems to be connected, but does not enter the server. I assume that the problem is with the IP on the Mac.
With Windows everything connects perfectly.
