General direction for creating your own webasyst template?

I have my own little shop as a hobby. On Shop Script 7. I
bought a design theme a long time ago. Now set out to change it. Those themes that are in the webasyst store do not like any of them. And, since I have a lot of time and there is a huge interest in making my own material design theme for myself. Tell me how realistic it is for 3 months, for example. (provided that there are minimal skills in html and css). What tools to use? Where do you get inspiration for all the MD whistles?
