GDPR - How to comply?

Hello, I have a site on wordpress, the calculation is in English, it is necessary to comply with the GDPR, so far I have only done:
- Banner "Consent to cookies"
- Blocking cookies until consent

It is necessary, like something else:
- Privacy policy
- Document “Do not sell my personal information”
- Rules of use
and a bunch more (I don’t remember everything)

How can I put it all together? Is there any official guide? And then they came up with it, but I have to think for myself how to comply with this crap. Thanks in advance :)

Here is a good list of what should be implemented on the site, plus plugins that will facilitate the implementation of these standards on the site
https://hostenko.com/wpcafe/plugins/okonchatelnoe-...
Here is a list of plugins:
MonsterInsights - if you use Google Analytics, then you must use their EU add-on.
WPForms is by far the most user-friendly WordPress contact form plugin. They offer GDPR fields and other features.
Cookies Notice is a popular free plug-in for adding an EU cookie notice. Integrates well with plugins like MonsterInsights and others.
Delete Me is a free plugin that allows users to automatically delete their profile on your site.
OptinMonster is an advanced software that offers smart targeting features to speed up conversions while complying with GDPR requirements.
Shared Counts. Instead of loading the default share buttons that add tracking cookies, this plugin loads static shared buttons when the number of shares is displayed.

Try searching here , there are actually a lot of nuances, ranging from logging consents and storing personal data in the database (anonymization, pseudonymization, encryption, etc.), deleting data and viewing it to the owners of this personal data itself.
In the footer of the site above, look for links to templates, they will be very useful to you. We have not yet implemented, but we are also planning, partially implemented (a little more than yours), but the main thing is yet to come. It would be nice to turn to lawyers, but they just told us $ 5,000 for the fact that they would carry out the check, but this did not suit us very much, so we will do it on our own, since we ourselves can check for compliance and we will rely on “maybe” (if something then skip it).
I won’t tell you about plugins, we didn’t do it on WordPress, so we did everything on our own.
