The situation is this, I decided to reset Windu. I reset everything, it didn’t lag, then I was recommended to reset the BIOS to speed up the system even better, I reset it, and immediately after the reset, all games began to lag, on any settings, I don’t know what to do anymore

Try to return the XMP profile for the RAM

Recommend resetting the BIOS to speed up the system even better

Don't listen to their advice anymore.
