I would love to use site browsing in full screen, if not for one thing ... I would like the panel with tabs and the address bar to be displayed only when the mouse cursor is hovered over
in full-screen browsing mode . That is, so that this panel is automatically extended and hidden. Is there an extension that implements similar functionality? It would be just wonderful.

With F11, no panels are displayed at all for me, and to show the bookmarks bar or a list of windows, you can use F4 - it shows the sidebar.
