Laptop freezes in browsers tightly

In browsers (Google Chrome, Opera), sometimes when opening new tabs, the laptop freezes tightly and hangs only after 15-20 seconds. What could be the problem?

Extensions? Disable everything, work without them.

SSD? cell relocation often paralyzes the system for a few seconds (or tens of seconds)
