Front end. Which programming language to continue with?

Hello! I again decided to return and finish my web programming, taught C++ \ C \ Python \ C# (sharp excellent knowledge), I have good knowledge of Javascript Jquery and PHP but they are very weak, I’m somehow too lazy to learn them, to be honest, but I want to learn how to create dynamic sites, how can I learn how to make them without problems? What is needed for this? What programming languages? Will you definitely have to learn this, excuse me, dumb MySQL? (I don’t like it at all). What to learn, HTML and CSS are already basic.
In my understanding, a dynamic site is when it has different menus like "Main", "Details", etc., and you can switch between them, after which the page will change.
