Front-end education: Western courses VS Russian language courses?

Hello, I ask you to share the opinion of people who work in the field of Front-end development. I have superficial knowledge of html, css. I plan to find a job as a Junior specialist in Moscow in 6-9 months. Now I am choosing a learning path and decided to ask the point of view of more experienced colleagues. My level of English is Intermediate (I went to Codecademy, I understand 80-90% of the words). Should I immediately learn html, css, js in English (Coursera + FreeCodeCamp) or is it better to take Russian-language courses first (zero programming knowledge)? Is it realistic to learn the basics of programming in a foreign language? I mean, it’s not easy in Russian either, and here you also have to translate some words. On the other hand, I think there are advantages that I will improve my technical English, plus, maybe I can work as a layout designer on foreign sites before becoming a full-fledged front-ender in Russia. Thanks in advance for your help)

when you pass the urs in Russian, all other answers to the questions that you will have will have to be searched in English. So pull up English right away and read everything in it.
The sooner you start, the better, information in Russian can be read in parallel

I advise you to practice more and learn as needed. When you miss Russian-language information, look in English, but now it's simply not necessary :)

Studying in English-language courses provides many advantages. If you compare at least the initial lessons of Russian-language and English-language courses, you will see for yourself.

If you are going to become a programmer, get used to the fact that for you there should be no difference - the text is written in Russian, or in English.
Focus on what works best. It is important that the presentation of the material in the course best coincides with your perception of information - it is important for someone that everything is gradually told from the very beginning, while the other needs to cut a large project right away, and he will understand the basics in the process
Really. Whether it's realistic for you is up to you.
A good knowledge of English has never harmed anyone.
And the salaries of foreign employers are such that you will look at all programmers working locally in the CIS as homeless people.

I'm a bit late with the question.
As they say, it doesn't matter in what language you receive educational material / knowledge - the main thing is which teacher.
And there are figs, what is there, what is here.
But as you rightly said, in most cases you will look for answers to questions in English. I don’t know at all what foreign teachers say, but I haven’t seen
better in RU than Dmitry Lavrik . When they ask for courses / teachers in the field of the web - without thinking I give a link to it.
