Is the course useful when applying for a job?

Good afternoon! I’m interested in how employers treat certificates with coursera (python, flask, django). I’m not a beginner in programming, I know python well, I didn’t have much experience (python, Mysql). I start looking for work and I don’t get further than talking with hr. that would do well in a technical interview. People often ask questions about courses, but I was a fan of self-study (books, documentation, podcasts). Now I took a course on coursera through the campus program, I just passed the test and got a certificate. I think if it plays a role for employers to buy a subscription and take a couple of courses to confirm their skills.
In general, if it matters, tell me the courses that are most quoted, find it difficult to go to Ukraine, or remotely. Interested in the direction of backend, Python, Flask, Django.

If you have work experience, and courses for it - well, maybe a microplus for trying to improve your skills and theory.
If only courses, then nothing at all.
But at the mid level, such courses are no longer needed.

If you don't get past hr, the problem is communicating with hr. Either crooked communication or crooked cv

I analyzed why the designer was unsuccessfully hired and looked at the skillbox course program (it was indicated in the resume) and other large ones. For example, in SEO they teach the principle of ranking search engines (probably the formula for calculating pr and other general information), and in design it is always photoshop.
If skilbox, then for me this is a minus when receiving. One water in the courses, outdated information is often and people have high expectations for salary. True, the programmers did not see the skillbox, I judge by Design and seo.
I think if the position is junior, then it only makes sense to pass the main exams on the framework, there are also certifications in the language. And if middle, senior, then I'm not sure that it makes sense to waste time.
upd https://pythoninstitute.org/certification/- but to hand over in English. This will definitely be a plus in the resume. And the courses are debatable for whom. If they give you knowledge yourself, then you can, and if not, then you don’t need to waste time

As for me, none. I’ll roughly outline my experience
I worked in an office, at some point the bank of Russia asked for certified specialists, I had to pass the MCPD and a few more
In the same office, the boss insisted that I finish the tower
Then there was an interview at the offshore programming office, where HR checked on the test platform
After 2 years in the same office, again HR, then a specialist with whom we spoke on the subject
Since then (2012) only personal interviews in the style: What did you do? But this thing, what can you say about it. Etc.
Many stupid questions, by the way, go to the forest, you just say that you don’t know, but you can find it quickly.

It was in 2014, I came to enter the university, a guy was sitting at the next table and his scores were few, and he decided to trump and took out school papers. The one who was from the side of the university began to watch them, and the diploma says 1st place for the 7th grade, putting on a gas mask is certainly good, but it will hardly help you.
Take courses for yourself yes it's good, make a project for yourself and show it well. I'd rather not say to HR that I'm taking courses, you just say that you have little work experience, now I'm looking for an organization for interks, so that there are prospects and interesting work. And all this talk about grammar is about nothing

I have never heard that the courses were at least some benefit in finding a job. The benefit may be from certificates for passing certain exams. For example, from successfully passed IELTS in English or Oracle Certified Professional in Java.
