From which machine is it correct to do load testing?

Good day everyone!
I want to load test the site. Works in production at DigitalOcean. From where is it more correct to start testing it: from a local poppy by deploying yandex-tank via docker, or do I need to install yandex-tank on Ubuntu on a production server or create a separate machine on the same DigitalOcean and "shoot" at the production server from it?
Shooting now from a local poppy, I'm not sure that a cafe wifi router can normally skip 100 requests per second, which, in turn, can affect the connection timeout readings.

it is best to load from a separate machine in the same network.
and not on the waffle.
