There is an installation flash drive with Windows 10. I want to create an image or something similar, which can then be deployed to a blank flash drive. How to do it through Terminal?

There is a dd utility that can make any copy of anything. In your case, the call from the console will be something like this:
Well, or
Make an image
Deploy on a flash drive
