SAS.Planet. Raster tiles from a variety of resources. I have been using it for many years, periodically updated, bypassing all the new protections of these resources.
In a general sense, a tile is necessarily a raster in one scale or another, which in total makes up a raster map of the area in one of the scales of the raster pyramid.
