Is it possible to write files from a disk with windows to a USB flash drive and make it bootable?
I use rufus, but there for iso files, I don’t know how to do it, tell me please!

Do you have system files lying separately, not in the image chtol? I would make the same iso from these files, and then write it down with Rufus.
