FreePBX how to see changes made but not applied?

We have FreePBX 14.0.13.33
There was a situation that sometimes, when entering the admin panel, an active button "Apply configuration" appears, which usually appears when making any changes, but no one has changed anything. Is there a way to see what changes are pending? Is there any log of the changes made?

It is said that the auto-update of the system is causing the problem. In general, auto-update is evil, updates must be planned and installed manually.
