FreePBX IVR Direct Dial Accept dialing behind PBX possible?
There are 2 servers on freePBX.
1) The first server is configured as a trunk router and city lines enter it.
2) The second server has user numbers (extensions) on it.
On server 1, IVR is configured with a voice greeting recording and it is possible to dial an extension number.
But for this to work, the number must be on the same server as the enabled IVR - how to make it possible for the caller to dial an extension number to another of the 1-2-3 PBXs where the extension employees live?
(there are a lot of extension numbers ****)
Tell me where to dig?
Answer the question
In order to leave comments, you need to log in
1.You need an internal route to other PBXs
2.Custom destination to the internal number
3.In IVR, make the necessary digits of the number of another PBX at the bottom and select the required number in the custom destination.
