FreeNAS 11. Why does Nextcloud think "This server is not connected to the Internet."?

Installed the Nextcloud plugin (ownCloud gave the same result). In the administration panel, I see the following entry:
"This server does not have an Internet connection. This means that some of the features such as external storage, update notifications, and installation of third-party applications will not work. Accessing files remotely and sending email notifications may not work. It is recommended to allow this server access to the Internet if you want all functions to work."
All other plugins are fine. And torrents shakes and plex works.

Most likely, for verification, it accesses the nextcloud.com servers, but it is blocked by the "valiant" Roskomnadzor.
