FreeNAS 11 rewrites sudoers on startup.. What should I do?

The script connects via ssh to the server and starts the program alone. The program requires root rights.
I registered the user in "/usr/local/etc/sudoers" with the right to run the program without entering a password (key NOPASSWD), everything works fine ....
After a reboot, sudoers is in the default state.
You can give the user the right to use sudo through the freenas web interface ... but I did not find the option to allow the program to run without a password.
What to do?
