There is server A (dedik), through it there is a VPN connection to the Microtik server, on server A there is a domain domen.ru, and when we enter domen.ru we get to the site, which is located on server A, and if we write domen.ru: 8090, then we get to an object with IP 182.13.15.100 (they have an authorization page there), which is located on Microtik.
Tell me how it is implemented? The task is to do the same only so that the connection to the object is not through domen.ru:8090, but through the login.domen.ru subdomain (which was also created on server A).

VPN server and Port-forwarding requests from interface to virtual interface, I guess. And on Mikrotik, the webserver listens to 8090. it is not known what you are trying to implement this on, but it is easy to google for the keywords "port forwarding" or "port forwarding"
