FreeKassa, what is the problem with payment processing?

Hello. When paying on FreeKassa, I do not receive data in the answer. The site also stops processing the payment, rejecting the IPs that were specified in the documentation. I wrote to support, they sent me back to the documentation, although I did everything according to it.
The screenshot with the logs shows that there is no answer.

To the IP account: the code is executed that should be executed if the FreeKassa IP address does not match.
