Free Web server\cloud storage with authorization and drag-&-drop?

Good afternoon!
Please advise any web server / system with the following capabilities:

• authorization
  
• restriction of access by login-password to directories
  
• drag-&-drop files to upload to this server
  
• convenient obtaining links to files (right click on the link from the browser and "copy link" will suit)
  
• Free
  

It's a pity that Cloud Commander doesn't fulfill the basic requirements :(
