Free platform / software for hosting webinars?

I lead a circle for children on HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL.
Interested in the possibility of conducting remote classes: software or a ready-made platform for this. You need to share your screen and broadcast sound to ~10 students and receive messages from the chat.
I can run it all for myself, tk. there is an external ip.

Ruweber.ru - the service itself is paid, but there is a free version for just 10 people
