Free e-mail that doesn't solicit (not immediately or later) a phone number?

At the same time, not .ru, with support for SMTP and POP3 Are there any left
?

UPD: Not gmail (whether it requires a phone number or not, let's not argue)
UPD2: Not protonmail (he never learned SMTP/POP3)

It is unlikely that such still remain, and if they remain, they are of dubious reliability. Everything is solved simply - through the "phone for five minutes" service, order a phone number, receive SMS ... and that's it :) It was necessary somehow - I registered with them on gmyl and on VKontakte and anywhere. There are services that even give you a choice of locale - if you don't want / don't need Russian - you have Kazakh / Ukrainian / American;)
