Free 3rd level domain

Where to register a 3-level domain for free? So that you can write the IP of your machine in the settings. DynDNS.com is deleting me because I have a fixed IP and their rule says:

* You do not log into the account within a 30-day period
* You do not update any Dynamic DNS hostnames within a 30-day period

I used no-ip.com - it's free, but you need to confirm every few months that you use it, since it's not difficult, you just need to go to the site, log in and click on some link there.

https://auto.uanic.ua/ - Ukrainian domain (list of zones on the right )
http://www.ripn.net:8080/nic/dns/registr_3d.html
DNS hosting can be pdd.yandex.ru/domains_add/ - there, two DNS servers are provided for adding mail, and which can be freely and clearly edited and updated almost immediately, in addition, the mail will be on Yandex. Or google “free dns hosting”, here on Habré a couple of such PR

Option 1:
Go to 2domains.com Buy a
domain in the RU zone for 99 rubles (per year), DNS servers and a zone editor for free.
Option 2:
Go to a free DNS hosting (afraid.org, for example), there are a bunch of 2nd level domains to choose from, which you can “stick” to for free.

You can get any 2nd level domain in the .tk zone for free here: www.dot.tk/en/pageA00.html
They also give dns if needed (it is, however, only for A, CNAME and MX), or you can specify any nameservers.
Attention: the domain expires if there were less than 25 uniques in 90 days. visits.

Try freedns.afraid.org - there you can take a third-level domain and set up a binding to an IP address. There were no mentions about the restrictions, which did not seem to change for a long time.
Another option: you can also register a domain in the .pp.ua zone on nic.ua (for free, but you need to specify a mobile phone when registering, where the SMS with an activation code should come), when registering a domain, select a managed NS and specify your IP address there.

And what problems with dyndns?
So what if the IP is permanent.
Install a client that will update IP data on dyndns every 30 days and that's it.
I live like this myself))

If the address is dynamic, then for example no-ip.org you can search for the term dynamic dns. no-ip works fine for me, although now I switched to a service from asus with their router.

if not a secret to you for what purposes? If something is simple, then it is best to ask your friends, for sure many have domains.

What's the problem with dyndns? I also have statics and dyndns and everything works - make a forced update once a week. And nothing that the IP has changed - the main thing is that you updated it.
