Framework for receiving and processing information?

It so happened that almost every day I need numbers from a dozen different sites (data on attendance from Google Analytics, income for the past day in the affiliate program, the dollar exchange rate, etc.).
There was an idea to create a central place where this information will flow, it is clear that there is no ready-made solution, but maybe there is a framework somewhere in which the most common tasks are solved? For example, is there a crawler, is there a module for plotting graphs, has a data storage system been developed, etc.?

There is no such thing in frameworks by default. In any case, I have not seen :)
Any framework will suit your tasks, depending on the programming language that you know.
From myself I can only recommend - Yii + extensions or Ruby on Rails + gems.
