How to find duplicate information?

There is an online store with an assortment of several hundred thousand products. During the work there appeared repetitive goods. The article, name, photo match, but the price may differ. Or vice versa, everything matches, but not the name. The bottom line is that there is one constant variable - the article. For duplicate products, it always matches.
The problem is that manually filtering such a number of positions and looking at duplicates with your eyes is real, but it will take too many man-hours.
Is there some kind of script/program to highlight repetitive information so that it can be removed much easier without a long search?
All content can be presented as an excel table, where the article will occupy its own column. So, you just need to search and select duplicate articles to make it easier for a person to process them.

Sort the entire list by article. Use conditional formatting to highlight the repetitions. Further - either manual processing or automation by a macro or in another way.

Excel has a built-in function - "Data" -> "Remove Duplicates". It removes duplicate values, indicating which column to target. Further, in my opinion, a simple option (after you understand how to clean it correctly) is to record a macro using a function and run it if necessary.
If you just highlight duplicate items - "Home" -> "Conditional Formatting" ->Higtlight Cell Rules" -> "Duplicate Values".
