Framework for a mobile web application. jQTouch, jQueryMobile, Sencha?

Actually, the question, I think, is clear. I'm developing a mobile web application and I'm not quite sure which of the above frameworks is better to use.

jQTouch seemed somehow clumsy and uncomfortable. jQueryMobile looks raw and not very developed in terms of interface design. I haven’t tried Sencha - it looks interesting, but the main disadvantage is its own “base”, which I am not familiar with (jQuery is familiar and easy to work with).

The application is relatively simple, but not without subtleties. It implies a lot of work with ajax, JSON and local storage.

So which framework is better to choose?

QooxDoo was used to write a complex thick js client . You will like the framework very much, besides it is free. So for several months now they have a separate branch for developing mobile js applications. If such a choice was in front of me, I would start by studying this particular option.

Look in the direction of joapp.com or zeptojs.com , the latter is quite actively developed.

Of these - Sencha, suitable if there is a lot of data or a lot of interface. According to the volume of documentation, it is also in kings.
If the selection criteria are different, see other answers. :)

I was also puzzled by a similar question, spent a lot of time studying, all this resulted in a severe headache. As a result, I came to the conclusion that on light simple projects I will use xuijs , otherwise - Sencha.
