Which board should I get for learning Microsemi SmartFusion2 Maker Board or QMTECH Altera FPGA Cyclone IV CycloneIV EP4CE15 SDRAM?
As far as I understand, Microsemi Libero Soc has a free license for only one year? Is it possible to reinstall on the same computer again?
Is it possible to run LwIP on Microsemi SmartFusion2 Maker Board? Will 256KW Ram be enough?

What for? Use the simulator to get started. As you gain experience, then decide what exactly you need.
