Found in the settings alternative DNS 10.10.2.10 .. what is it?
This address is not pinged. I didn't write it down for sure. The server was buggy. Then the network will lose .. then the RDP slows down. Could this be the reason for this? And in general, has anyone seen this 10.10.2.10? This DNS was registered both on the server and Hyper-V. What was it?

I think you have a router with DNS inside your network that nslookup detects as a priority than your native DNS from the router.
This is possible when the Dnsmasq service freezes or whatever you have there.
