The first 3 points are counters and metrics that cannot be influenced in any way.
And 7 days is quite a normal caching time. However, if the site is on a dedicated server, you can set the caching time in Nginx: https://tyapk.ru/blog/post/nginx-caching . But if on a shared hosting, then the configuration options are limited only by what is in the hosting admin panel.
