Forwarding a video card to a virtual machine, why is it not there?

There is a need to transfer a video card (NVIDIA Quadro P2000) to a virtual machine (Linux), I do everything according to this instruction https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/vi...
The video card disappears from the system, but if boot into a virtual machine with livecd (for example, linux mint), then this device is not there. Why and how to send it there? Windows server 2016 is used. Adding as a RemoteFX device is not an option, since more than 1GB of video memory cannot be assigned.

It's strange, but it is visible only in 64-bit OS, and the livecd distribution kit got 32-bit. So everything works.

Well, because in lifesd all drivers are in compatibility mode.
Install the OS completely, install the drivers for the video.
In general, you can check which video devices are visible with the
lscpi ps aux | grep vga
