You need to run android under Hyper-V. How?

I want to deploy a virtual phone and install WhatsApp
on it. Hyper-v is running on the server, several virtual machines are spinning.
What virtual machine, with what OS should be created?
What application to use?
Searching hasn't turned up any concrete answers yet....

Install windows 10 and its native emulator.

Then run it at least in autorun using the command line

Android X86 works under hyper-v, of course without sound, graphics accelerator, but the Internet and Whatsapp will work.
